PowerShell – The Blue Console Window Colors

Call me picky, but I like the blue color of the Windows PowerShell console, so I dislike it when the PowerShell Console defaults to black on some systems like a regular old Command Window. So, here’s the color values to use if you want to change it to the more standard blue.

PowerShell Blue Console Color

Just click the Top Left of the PowerShell Console Window and choose “Properties”. On the Colors Tab use these values for the “Screen Background”: Red=1, Green=36 and Blue=86.
